Diffuser Won’t Power On?
Ensure: 1. Adapter is connected to the wall socket and diffuser; 2. Do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); 3. DO NOT drain from air oulet, ONLY drain from drain side to prevent water ingress and leakage.
Weak Mist/No Mist/Strong Mist?
Check: 1. Keep water below MAX line; 3. Set HIGH mode for strong mist, LOW mode for weak mist. 3. Set working mode to “ON” for continuous mist.
Diffuser Stops Working?
Ensure: 1. Do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); 2. Select Continuous mode (timer modes auto-off when completed); 3. Clean atomizer gently. 4. DO NOT drain from air oulet, ONLY drain from drain side.
No Scent?
Scent sensitivity and diffusionrates vary by oil and individual. Use 3-5 drops of oil per 150mlwater. Add more if needed for scent strength.
Reminder: To ensure proper mist function, please do not refill under tap (use measuring cup only to prevent circuit damage); keep water covering atomizer but below MAX line; power off before refilling to prevent water leakage; DO NOT drain from air outlet, ONLY drain from drain side to prevent water ingress and circuit damage.
Optional Runtime & Mist Mode: This aroma diffuser comes with 4 timer settings (Continuous Mode/1H/3H/6H) and 2 mist levels (Strong/Weak) for you to choose from, when time is up or the water runs out it will automatically stop working, no worry about overheating.
